Converted phonograph trumpet pendant

We've taken an original phonograph trumpet ‘Parlophone Luxophon, 401’, circa 1900- 1910 and converted it into this quirky and curiously whimsical, ceiling pendant light.

It has been fitted with 1 m antique braided flex and bespoke pendant set and antique brass chain. Worn with age, patination and tarnishing, it recalls the glitz of day’s past. – all part of the look.

The trumpet has been conserved in a way that if required can be easily converted back to its original use.
