A rare leather moustache backed, deep seated Wingback , club chair or fireside chairs.  Handsome and compact with its original patinated studded arms and back.

 

The rich time worn leather on the chair displays beautifully a mix of cognac, chestnut and rich caramel tones.  Comforting and tactile which comes only with decades of age and use. The chair is stuffed with their original horse hair.

 

As per usual with these chairs the leather is worn and has had rips and tears over the years which have now been stabilised and repaired.  These repairs are part of their character.
