Dealing with vintage and antique items of a delicate nature is sometimes disconcerting however, we ensure that all of our products are well wrapped with plenty of packing materials before being shipped.

If you require International Shipping please email with country and postcode and we will reply with a competative quote.

We always use a trackable, insured and signed for delivery service from trusted couriers to all parts of the UK, Europe and and overseas.

Of course you are most welcome to organise your own delivery if you wish, or collect from us yourself, all that we ask is you drop us a email to let us know you are coming.

Terms and Conditions

Short and sweet,we will retain title to all goods until paid for, in full, by the customer; after this they become yours.

Returns

We try at all times to please our customers.  If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 14 days by email to info@salvation.uk.com .  Items may be refunded or exchanged provided that the item has not been used, that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, and that you have taken reasonable care to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Post and package costs for both the initial purchase and for the return are non refundable. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and will either refund or exchange the goods. Please send the parcel via a signed for service. Please check carefully before returning any item.

As the items we sell are antique or vintage, they are in limited supply so there is likely to be someone out there who really wants the thing that didn't suit you. Because we speak to most customers before they commit to buy, returns are rare.

Damages

  • Please note that the contract for the transport of items will be between the carrier and the purchaser (and not 'Salvation.uk.com' ), regardless of whether the cost is invoiced by us, or the carrier. We cannot accept responsibility once the item has been dispatched from our premises.

  • We value your custom and in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with all relevant information/images etc, and we will endeavour to find a suitable solution.
